| Abstract: | The popularization of higher education brings more and employment difficulty to university students.In order to relieve the structural difficulty of university students' employment,we must strengthen graduates' capabilities to get employed.Effective measures to relieve the current university students' employment problem in order to promote students' employment capability are as follows:regulating specialties reasonably,bringing characteristics into training personnel and strengthening the employment instruction. |
