| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国物流业尚处于初级阶段，在制度以及企业自身经营的技术层面等方面存在种种局限，而关于第三方物流企业选取的研究又都仅限于定性的分析现状，运用模糊综合评价方法，用定量的方法为企业对第三方物流企业的选择作出了科学的评判。

| Abstract: | Now the logistics of China is still placed in the early class stages.There are many confinements existing such as the system and the technique level that operate in the enterprise,but now the researches of the TPL enterprise selection are all limited to qualitative analysis.This text uses the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method with quantitative analysis to choose the TPL enterprises scientifically for enterprises. |
