| 摘 要： | 采用运动生物力学的三维摄像解析法，对4名武英级运动员323C＋4动作进行运动学分析，指出起跳、腾空和落地每一阶段的动作要求，并结合日常训练提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | It used three dimensional photography analyses with sports biomechanics to study the 323C+4 for four elite Wushu athletes.It directed the requirement of the jumping,flying and falling motions.At the same time,some advice was given to the routine training. |
