《金瓶梅》饮食的江南特色

《金瓶梅》的作者应是南方人，其所描写的环境疑在杭州。魏子云先生认为：书中描写的饮食方面的内容，“大率都是江南人喜爱的风味”，对此观点十分赞同，并列举西门庆等家中的饮食种类及吃喝内容所反映出来的江南特色作为佐证。
