摘    要:目前,我国中小学教师教学评价存在评价主体单一,评价目的发生偏差,评价方式形式化,重视效果评价等问题.这给教师的发展设置了障碍,如何提高教师教学评价质量成为急待解决的问题."2+2"发展性教师教学评价提倡"教师互评",注重"教师自评"和"师生共勉"等,这给我们以很大的启发,不失为促进教师和学生发展的良好途径.

An Exploration into the "Two Plus Two" Developmental Assessment of the Teachers' Teaching Process

Abstract:At present, there are some problems: the evaluating corpus are simple, the purpose of the assessment is changed, the way of the assessment is frigid, and the results are paid too much attention etc, which exists in the teachers' teaching assessment of the middle school and the primary school in our country. As set barrier to the teachers' progress, so how to improve the qualification of the teachers' teaching assessment becomes urgent. The "two plus two" teachers' teaching assessment, which is designed to promote the teachers' evolution, provokes that "the teachers should evaluate each other", it shows great stress on "the teachers' self-evaluation", and pays great attention on "the teachers and the students' encouragement with each other", and so on. As enlightened us greatly, so it can be regarded as a very good method to promote the teachers and the students to progress themselves.
