半微量法测定Ca^2+含量探讨

摘    要:利用半微量法测定CaCO3中Ca^2+含量,并对半微量滴定法与常量滴定法的平行测定结果进行比较。结果两种方法无显著差异,F检验,t检验结果均在允许范围内,所以半微量滴定法的精确度达到常量滴定法测定水平,适宜推广到分析测试中。本文还从溶样试剂、pH值调控、指示剂选择等方面得出半微量法滴定Ca^2+的最佳条件。

Abstract:The Ca^2+ content in CaCO3 is determined and the determination data of semi-microtitration and conventional titration are analyzed. The result shows that there is no significant difference and F examination and t examination are all in the appropriate scope. Thus, the semi-microtitration can be extended to analysis and testing with the same precision as conventional titration. In addition, the best conditions for semi-microtitration are determined in account of sample dissolution reagent, pH regulation and choice of indicator.
