| Abstract: | In light of the relatively mature experience of U.S. and U.K., China should standardize the extant postgraduate education: clarify the connotation of part\|time postgraduate education; establish the equal status of full\| and part\|time postgraduate education; open up the passage between the two forms, which should constitute an integrated system of postgraduate education. |
