| 摘 要： | 新农村建设赋予远程教育新的使命。电大作为我国远程教育的专业体系,在服务农村发展方面业已形成了功能优势。新时期电大教育应实现功能定位的三大战略调整,并按照“发展开放教育、强化职业教育、拓展技能培训”的思路,依托县镇社区,服务新农村建设,增强社会和谐基础。

| Abstract: | New rural construction gives distance education the new mission.As the professional distance education system,TVUs have accumulated function advantages when they service rural development.TVUs should carry out the three strategic adjustments of its function orientation according to the thinking of"develop opening education,strengthen vocational education,expend skills training",rely on rural community,to serve new rural construction,strengthen social harmonious foundation. |
