摘    要:L-脯氨酸及其衍生物能有效的催化直接不对称Aldol反应并获得高收率、高对映选择性的Aldol产物.对8类L-脯氨酸及其衍生物催化的直接不对称Aldol反应的催化活性和对映选择性特点、催化反应类型及应用范围作了详细介绍和评价.

Abstract:L-Proline and its derivatives can catalyze direct asymmetric aldol reactions and obtain excellent yields and enantioselectivities. Eight kinds of L-proline and proline derivatives catalyzed direct asymmetric aldol reactions involving reaction features, reaction types and application scopes were introducted and evaluated in detail.
