湿热环境习服训练对12 min负重跑的影响

摘    要:目的:通过比较经模拟湿热环境训练的实验组和部队日常训练的对照组的12 min负重跑距离,证明本训法有重要的创新意义和推广价值.方法:从482名18~23岁男性学员中,挑选长跑成绩近似的60名学员一一配对.实验组经模拟湿热环境下训练,对照组经部队日常训练.最后在统一场地、统一着装、统一考核,从而评定训练效果.结果:实验组12 min负重跑成绩比对照组好,成绩提升明显.结论:湿热环境习服训练对12 min负重跑有积极影响,在部队具有推广价值.

Abstract:Aim: To compare athletic performance of footrace with heavy arms ol subjects alter training in hot- humid environment and affiter daily drills. Methods: 60 subiects ( 18- 23y) were chosen from 482 male students and then paired. Subiects in experimental group trained in hot- humid environment, while subjects in control group held their daily drills. Both groups received detection. Re- sults: Training in hot - humid environment may improve athletic performance of footrace with heavy arms than that in control group. Conclusion: The result indicates that training in hot - humid environment is worth widespread in military for its promotion of footrace with heavy arms.
