| 摘 要： | 2002年教育部颁发了《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》,强调学校体育工作的重心要放到面向全体学生,全面提高学生的身心健康水平上来,对学校体育课程提出了新目标,新要求,本文以此为背景对《新纲要》环境下学校体育课程的特点进行了5个方面的分析。
