| 摘 要： | 为探讨经尿道气化术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果，对1998年10月－2000年11月间26例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者采用经尿道气化术进行治疗。26例均顺利完成手术操作，手术平均时间40min，术中均未输血，未发生膀胱穿孔及大出血。术后随访2－18个月,3例复发。结果表明，经尿道膀胱肿瘤气化术（TVBT）具有快速、出血少、手术并发症少等优点，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transurethral electrovaporization ablation for the treatment of superficial tumor of bladder. From October 1998 to November 2000,26 cases of superficial bladder carcinoma were treated by the transurethral electrovaporization ablation.All cases were operated successfully.The average time of operation was 40 mins,there have been no transfusion,no blader perforation,no massive hemorrhage in the operation.All cases were followed up for 2-18 months,there were 3 cases recurrence.It was showed that TVBT had good effect with low complication rate,low hemorrhage and a fast speed. |
