基于城乡一体化视角的乡村治理

城市化进程加速了中国传统乡村社会的分化，导致了农村社会类型的多样化。乡土社会结构的变化必然带来中国乡村治理模式的转型。传统的政府为主体的乡村治理模式无法与变化中的乡土社会结构相适应，纯粹的社会组织自治又因农民的组织化程度较低而无法实现，乡土社会出现了治理的衰微。因此，城乡一体化的推进不仅是乡村社会的建设，更是政府主导与社会协同式的乡村治理模式的试运行。

Rural Governance based on Urban-rural Integration

Urbanization accelerates the differentiation in traditional rural society. As a result, the diversified changes of the social structure in rural areas necessarily bring about the transformation of rural governance. The unified mode of rural governance is not matching the social changes in rural areas, while the unmixed social self-government organization in countryside can not be achieved due to the loose organization of peasants, which makes the governing in the rural society declining. Thus, urban-rural integration does not only promote the construction of rural society, but take a trial operation of the governance model with government dominance and social cooperation.
