Methods and Means for Creating Excellent Characters of P. E. Institutes' Journals

By the methods of closely combining the theories of management and the practice of editorial administration, the authors expound in details the methods and means of how to create the excellent social characters in the fierce competition of market economy. The methods and means are as follows: the four fundamental principles of the Party are used as the aim and norms of the publication of the journal; to work hard so as to make the journal more typical than others; to improve the administration and enhance the self-building of the editorial staff; to promote continuously the quality of the publication; and to try hard to combine effectively the social benefit and economic benefit.
