| 摘 要： | 法意识是法治建设的根本，贯穿于法治建设的金过程，建设社会主义法治国家，实现依法治国，就必须提高公民的法意识；法意识的提高有赖于正确的法律理念的确立，而法律权利本位、法律至上、司法自治和程序正义理念是现代法治社会的必然选择，只有确立了正确的法治理念，才能更好地强化法律意识，使广大公民成为法治建设的主体。

| Abstract: | The legal conciousness is the basis of constructing the legal system, which goes through the whole process of constructing the legal system and legal state of social communist.Realizing the goal by managing state affairs according to law, conciousness among citizen must be improved. The improvement of it depends upon building up a right legal conception,while the standards of rights, the superioty of law, judicial self-government and procedure justice is the natural choice of the modern legal society, only the legal conception is built up.The legal conciousness can be better spread and the citizens become the major body of legal construction. |
