摘    要:为了研究不同氮源的发酵培养对HD-1生长的影响,我们选用了花生饼和无盐鱼粉作为氮源。通过发酵培养试验表明,以花生饼为氮源的培养基优于以鱼粉为氮源的培养基,且花生饼浓度与HD-1菌株产毒能力呈正相关,花生饼的最佳添加量约为22.6%。

Abstract:To study the influence of fermented culture mediums with different nitrogen sources on the growth of HD-1, nut cake and non-salt fish meal were chosed as the nitrogen source. The result showed that the culture medium of with nut cake as nitrogen source is better for the poison product of HD-1 vaccine, and the best adding quantity is about 22.6%.
