摘    要:本文应用问卷调查并通过SPSS for Windows 11.5进行统计分析,从地区、身份和学历三个维度研究了贵州省少数民族地区小学教师学历大专化存在的问题、障碍和学员自身的困难三个问题。存在的最大问题是理论脱离实际,最大障碍是经济障碍,学员自身最大的困难是经济负担重。交互分析提供了许多重要的具体信息。本文最后还提出了相应政策建议。

Abstract:Through SPSS for Windows 11.5, and from the angle of area, identity and diploma, the author analyzed by questionary three problems: problems, obstacles and difficulties when primary school teachers in the minority districts of Guizhou province obtain junior college diploma. The biggest problem is the theory far away from practice, the biggest obstacle comes from economy, and trainees' greatest difficulty is the economic burden. Lots of important information emerge from the crosstables and countermeasures are put forward at the end of the paper.
