| 摘 要： | 省部级科研基地建设工作,在我国的科技创新体系建设工作中有着非常重要的地位和作用。通过梳理现阶段省部级科研基地建设工作中存在的主要问题,研究切实可行的政策措施,对于提高省级科研基地的建设和管理水平有着重要的现实意义。
