| 摘 要： | 教育乱收费是发生在近年我国教育界的一大顽症。这一顽症的成因主要是教育资源不均衡、优质名校稀缺、政府投入不足以及监管制度的缺失。而整治教育乱收费必须采取拉网式行动——健全监管机制、制止公办教育产业化、发展民办教育、确保政府教育投入。

| Abstract: | Arbitrary collection of educational fees is the chronic and stubborn disease happened in the educational sector during the past years. The reasons for the disease are the unbalanced educational resources, the scarcity of quality brand schools, the deficient investment of government and the fault of supervision systems. In order to deal with arbitrary collection of education fees, we must take a series of measures and actions-to complete the supervision system, refrain public-run schools from industrialization, develop private-run schools and assure enough governmental investment. |
