| 摘 要： | 合同法是现代工商法的重要组成部分。英国作为英美法系的代表，其法律中的合同法与大陆法系各国有很大差异。该文主要就英国法中合同的有效要件即主体合法、以订立合同为目的、意思表示真实、内容合法、有符合要求的约因以及“购者留心”等问题结合案例加以分析。

| Abstract: | Contract law is an important part of modern industrial and commercial laws. Contract law of Britain, which belongs to Anglo-American legal system, is greatly different from those belonging to Continental legal system. Combined wlth relevant cases, such effective factors as subject being lawful, aiming at a contract, exprexss being genulne, content being considerable are analyzed in the paper. |
