CBA联赛产权的结构研究

利用制度经济学和产权经济学的有关理论,通过文献资料法与逻辑分析法对CBA联赛产权进行深入的探讨和分析,得到如下结论:联赛产权结构是影响CBA联赛发展的重要因素;CBA联赛的产权结构中,产权主体结构的不合理性与权利束结构的不完整性,是制约CBA联赛发展的根本性问题.

Study on the Structure of Property Rights of CBA Legue Matches

The discussion and analysis of the property rights of CBA legue matches is conducted in this paper on the basis of relevant theories of System Economics and Property Rights Economics by means of ducumentary materials and logical analysis.A few conclusions are drawn as follows: the property rights structure of CBA legue matches is an important factor affecting the development of CBA legue matches ;the unreasonableness of the subject structure of property right and the incompleteness of the the property rights set of CBA legue matches are the fundamental problems which restrain the development of CBA legue matches;the main distinction between the property rights of CBA legue matches and those of NBA lies in the differences of the property rights structure of the two;to establish league property rights is the orentation that the present property rights structure of CBA evolves towards.
