| 摘 要： | 目前基层检察机关内部监督工作的对＂人＂、＂案＂、＂物＂监督三种运作模式仍存在着一些问题,制约了基层检察机关内部监督工作的进一步发展和提升。加强基层检察工作内部监督工作要切实发挥派驻检察院纪检组的监督作用,加强对领导干部的监督;充分运用信息化管理系统,赋予纪检监察部门同步跟踪监督权;严格执行扣押、冻结款物随案移送和一并处理的制度。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in the operational model of "person","case","objects" supervision in the sub-procuratorial organs,which make obstacle for the further development of the interior supervision system.It is proposed to the supervision function of the supervision team with more attention to monitoring the officials,make good of information managing system,give the supervision office the right of simultaneous observation,and carry out strictly the system of money and objects detention and going with the case. |
