摘    要:高中素质教育的实施,尤其是贫困地区和教育相对落后地区,首要任务是需要不断解放思想、更新观念,处理好素质教育与考试、素质教育与升学率、发展规模和提高质量、素质教育与竞争、素质教育与课外活动、减负与加压、能力与精力、应届生与补习生等之间的关系。

Abstract:The implementation of quality education in senior middle school, especially in the poor and comparatively backward areas, above all, needs the continuous emancipation of minds, updating ideas, dealing well with the major relations between quality education and examination,quality education and entering-higher-school rate, developmental dimensions and quality improvement; quality education and competition, quality education and after-class activities, burden reducing and pressure increasing, ability and energy, the current-year students graduating from middle school and the previous-year students.
