师范生教师专业化发展研究

摘    要:本文分析了国内外教师专业化研究状况,指出教师专业化是一个倍受重视的议题,教师专业化的研究主要涵盖专业理念、专业技能、专业知识、专业实践、专业发展能力等几个方面,以此,构建了师范生教师专业化发展维度,并以思想建设和能力建设为出发点,提出师范生教师专业化发展的思路:(1)塑造先进的教育理念与专业精神;(2)建设合理的课程体系;(3)职前教育与职后教育的统一。
