| Abstract: | The authors introduce three types of supply relationship, and analyze the main advantage of supply alliance and the suitable environment. The authors also point out that, in order to build the trust of supply alliance, we must consider the benefits of stakeholders and analyze the influence of different governance structure, market characteristic, and model of human resource management on the benefit orientation of stakeholders. |
