| 摘 要： | 内家拳以佛道两家理论渗透融合为基础，以丹道、经络、阴阳为本体，有着不同于其他拳术的特殊的训练理念、习练方法、技击技术，体现了中国传统文化与武术文化的深邃精微和独特性。但是在现有的武术竞技体制下日渐势微，逐步退化，挖掘、整理、继承、大力扶持和发展内家拳术已成为武术界的当务之急。

| Abstract: | Based on Buddism and Daoism theories, with the main and collateral channels and Yin and Yang as its main body, different from the other boxings, Shadowboxing has its own peculiar training notion, practing methods and fighting techniques, which reflects the profoundness, subtleties and peculiarity of Chinese traditional and martial arts culture. But under the present athletic system, it is falling into decay. It is urgent for the martial arts circle to unearth, straigheten out, inherit, and help sus- -tain and develop it. |
