哈尔滨市公益性社会体育指导员队伍现状分析

通过文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法对哈尔滨市五大公园中社会体育指导员的调查发现:因受不同区域、队伍结构、外部条件等因素制约,所发挥的作用与指导效果不尽相同;队伍的责任意识、知识技能与指导年限、责任以及效果等均有不同表现,折射出管理体制、机制上的问题,说明哈尔滨市社会体育指导员队伍在运行中与城市建设升级、文明城市塑造尚不协调。各级体育主管部门应结合队伍现状,制定并完善监督、管理及激励机制,进一步调动社会体育指导员的主动性与积极性,为改善市民健康,提高市民素质及打造文明城市发挥出更积极的作用。

Status Analysis on Public Social Sports Instructors in Harbin

Based on the investigation of five parks social sports instructors in Harbin City, showed that restricted by different regions, team structure, external conditions and other factors, had different played effect and guidance effect. The sense of responsibility, team knowledge skills and guiding life, responsibility and the effect had different performance, reflecting the management system and the mechanism problems, explained that the Harbin city social sports instructor team construction was not coordinate with running and upgrading of civilized city shape. This survey results should cause the sports administration department at- taches great importance.
