摘 要: | 中学生物学教师的专业发展包括职前教育和职后专业提升两个阶段。职前教育是教师专业发展的起点,职后的专业提升是通过多条途径实现的,其中教学实践、继续教育、教研室活动、教学竞赛、反思是中学生物学教师专业成长的最基本的途径。

Abstract: | Professional development of biology teachers in high schools includes two phases: pre- service education and in- service professional development. Pre - service education is the jumping - off point of professional development for teachers, while in - service professional development is achieved by adopting many approaches,which includes the most basic ones such as teaching practice, continuing education, staff room activities, teaching competition and reflection. |
