| 摘 要： | 为适应民族地区社会现代化的发展,必须要塑造与之相应的现代人格.本文在对现代人格的概念及特征进行阐述后,着重从确立新观念,加强民族观、宗教观教育,培养主体意识,营造优良的环境氛围,强化制度建设,重视自我修养六个方面提出了西部少数民族大学生现代人格培养的方法.
