| 摘 要： | 运动员的年龄特征是比赛制胜规律中一个相当重要的因素.分析我国高水平运动员的年龄结构变化,有助于各项目的梯队建设和队员调配与补充,对备战2012年伦敦奥运会有积极作用.主要采用文献资料和数理统计法,对北京奥运会639名高水平运动员的年龄变化,并结合各自的运动项目和性别差异进行统计分析.研究表明:高水平运动员平均年龄只有24.4岁,不过多数运动员处于各自项目最佳成绩的峰值年龄,参加2012年伦敦奥运会存在风险,例如举重、体操,传统优势项目的多数运动员目前已经达到最佳成绩峰值年龄,羽毛球、乒乓球面临众多老将退役,进入新老交替阶段,当务之急是发掘有潜力的组合,以备战伦敦奥运会;非优势项目成绩有望突破,许多项目平均年龄不足22岁,例如蹦床、沙排、摔跤、赛艇等项目提升潜力巨大.
