| 摘 要： | 全面提高大学生的素质,首先要全面提高高校教师的素质。高校教师素质的核心是师德。教师良好的思想道德品质和人格,对大学生具有强大的感召力、凝聚力和示范作用。提高高等院校教师的师德修养,充分发挥师德素质在教学中的作用,是大学生素质教育的一个重要方面。

| Abstract: | The quality of teachers should be advanced before the comprehensive quality improvement of college students.Teachers' quality is morality-oriented,and moralities and personalities of teachers serve as communicative,agglomerative and demonstrative forces in educating students.It is an important aspect to promote teachers' moralities and virtues,and exert teachers' role in students' quality education. |
