| 摘 要： | 围绕培养高素质创新应用型旅游人才和建构"5E+2C"旅游人才培养模式,实现旅游人才培养与行业需求的有效对接,对本校旅游管理专业人才培养方案进行设计,确定创新应用型旅游人才培养目标、培养规格及要求,构建以创新和实践能力培养为主线较为科学合理的课程体系.

| Abstract: | This paper has designed the cultivation plan for undergraduates of Tourism Management of Nanyang Normal University on fostering high-quality innovative applied personnel and constructing the 5E ＋ 2C training mode of tourism personnel to achieve a good docking of university training and social demands. The training ob-jectives, training standards and requirements of innovative applied tourism personnel have been given and a more scientific and reasonable curriculum structure with the main line of cultivating innovation and practical ability has been worked out. |
