第十届全国运动会蹦床决赛评析

对十运会蹦床参赛运动员的年龄、成绩、动作完成的质量及难度等方面进行了统计处理和分析．结果表明：我国蹦床运动员的动作难度已经挤身于世界一流水平，但在动作技术上离国际优秀运动员技术水平还有一定的差距．动作高度普遍不足，动作的稳定度较差都值得教练员关注．建议在今后的蹦床训练中，要把重点放在提高运动员完成动作的质量和高度上去，同时注意加强运动员的心理素质训练．

Trampoline Finals Review of the Tenth National Games

This paper makes statistical disposition and analysis on the age, grade, quality and difficulty degree of movement of trampoline match in the tenth national games. The results show that our athletes reach a first level on the movement difficulty in the world, but there is a technical gap from the international level. The coaches should pay attention to inadequate height and poor stability. We must focus on improving the quality and height of the actions which athletes complete and strengthening the psychological quality training.
