海峡两岸在南海问题上的合作研究

随着美国重返亚太,周边国家不断在南海海域制造摩擦,挑衅中国主权,使南海问题日益复杂化。面对南海日益紧张地区形势,研究海峡两岸在南海问题上进行合作的可行性,具有重要的现实意义。在南海问题形成的不同历史阶段,尽管海峡两岸采取的政策有所不同,但其基本原则却存在相当程度的一致性。在海峡两岸关系日趋缓和的背景下,推动海峡两岸在南海问题上的合作,符合海峡两岸全体中国人民的根本利益,也有利于维护中华民族在南海问题上的核心利益。

The Cross-Strait Cooperation on the Issue of South China Sea

Since America paying more attention and efforts to Asia Pacific, there are more cases of conflicts around the South China Sea initiated by the countries around. Those sovereign- ty defiance behaviors make the South China Sea issue more complicated. Considering the in- tense situation, there is possibilities of cross-strait cooperation. The problems in this area devel- oped at various historical situations. Though there is difference in terms of policy, the basic prin-ciple agrees. With the improvement of the cross-strait relation, the cooperation is beneficial for the core interest of Chinese people.
