| Abstract: | In order to improve educational quality of schools in rural areas,careful plans and flexible arrangements should be made to create opportunities for school-based training. Efficiency of school-based training should be raised in accordance with the local reality. Furthermore,effective measures should be taken and emphasis should be attached to stimulation to promote the in-depth development of school-based training. |
