| 摘 要： | 发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,是全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会的重要目标。社会主义政治文明建设是一项具有战略意义的系统工程,必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导方针,实践科学发展观,增强党的执政能力,以便促进社会的全面进步和人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Whereas it is usually considered to be the major goal to develop the socialist democratic politics, to construct the socialist political civilization, to build up an over-all better-off life and a harmonious society, the construction of the socialist political civilization is elevated to be a strategically systematic project. The writer of the paper argues for a potential theoretical framework composed of Three Represents as a guiding policy, and scientific development as the top priority in practice, for the sole purpose of improving the strength of CPC administration, and comprehensive development of society and human beings. |
