| 摘 要： | 创业,已成为全社会关注的重要问题。文章是在对创业理论和创业实践进行研究的基础上,提出了关于创业成功的五个关键问题,即对创业的理性认识、创业素质的培养、创业资金的来源、创业机会的把握和创业的社会环境,对创业者具有较强的实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurship,has become the important problem drawing attention of society.With the study of entrepreneurship theory and practice,the paper proposes five key aspects leading to success,such as the rational understanding,competence training,funding,opportunities and social environment,which has great directory significance to practice. |
