红河州初中体育教师综合素质的调查与研究

素质教育最终要通过教师实施于学生身上 ,教师自身的素质如何是能否顺利实施素质教育的关键 .而通过问卷调查和座谈中了解到 :我州现任初中体育教师中普遍存在着文化素质偏低、师德修养不高、教育教学能力不强、为人师表尊严不足等问题 ,这不同程度地影响了对学生实施素质教育 .本文作者针对其存在问题 ,对如何提高体育教师的综合素质构建提出了自己的意见和建议 .

A Survey of Comprehensive Qualities at High School in Honghe Prefecture the Teachers'

quality Education is always put into effect on students through teacher.Soreachers' quality is the important part which to carry out quality Education Smoothly,We understood,through questionnaire and informal discussion,that There ane still lots of negative problems exised in P.E teacher at the high school in Hongheprefecture.Such as:low Education,low moral qualities and low teaching ability.These negative factors hindered the deuelopment of quality Education Directing against these problems.The author put forward a proposal which is how to improve teacher's comprehensive qulities.
