| 摘 要： | 结合金融危机以及我国经济结构调整、产业升级,提出投资境外知识产权的观点,探讨投资境外知识产权必要性,分析了其中存在的风险,提出了一些具体应对措施。研究成果对于拓展我国创新模式、实施知识产权战略,建设创新型国家具有一定借鉴意义。
