太极推手对练套路教学教法研究

经中国武术协会、亚洲武术联合会审定推出的太极推手对练套路,具有丰富的推手技术、独特的运动特点以及深邃的传统文化内涵,为国内外太极拳习练者所喜爱。因是两人对练且技术复杂,教学具有一定难度。为使学生更好地掌握太极推手技术,传承民族体育文化,普及太极推手运动,采用文献资料、实践总结等方法对太极推手对练套路教学教法进行总结,旨在加强交流,完善推手教学理论与方法,提高教学质量之目的。

Research on the Teaching Methods of Pushing Hands Routine

Pushing hands routine is composed by Chinese Wushu Association,Wushu Federation of Asia.It is loved by foreign learners because it is rich of pushing technology,unique motion characteristics and profound traditional culture connotation.Because it needs two people to practice and its technology is more difficult,teaching with a certain degree of difficulty.To enable students to grasp pushing Hands techniques better,to inheritance traditional sports culture,to popularize pushing hands exercise,this paper according to teaching practice elaborates pushing hands routine teaching principles,teaching procedures and teaching methods,aims to enrich the teaching theories and methods and to improve pushing teaching quality.
