完善我国民事诉讼简易程序

目前，我国关于简易程序的笼统、原则和抽象的规定已经不能满足对简易民事案件审判的要求，简易程序的改革势在必行。改革简易程序，应该均衡公正和效益两种价值追求，适度扩大简易程序的适用范围，在立法上完善简易程序制度，简化简易程序的运作方式，并为简易程序最佳效用的发挥提供必要的条件。

On the Improvement of Simple Procedures of Chinese Lawsuit

Nowadays, Chinese simple procedures of lawsuit which characterizes pinciple and abstractness,can not meet the demand of civil cases' trials. To innovate simple procedures, the paper points out the two values justice and efficiency,should be balanced, the range of its usage should be broadened.It also thinks that the simple procedure system should be improved in the field of establishing the law, its operation way should be simplized, and essential conditions should be provided for the unfolding of its optimal effiency.
