国外体育产业风险投资发展现状与法律制度研究

体育产业风险投资以追求最大利润或资本最大增值为目的,而体育产业要实现资源优化配置和低成本高效益扩张,实施风险投资是最佳手段.作为体育事业重要组成部分的体育产业风险投资在现代西方发达国家中发展已相当完善.健全的体育产业风险投资法律制度不仅有效地保护了有关体育组织、体育企业以及风险投资者的利益,而极大地促进了体育产业的发展.本文运用文献资料、调查访问和系统分析等方法,对国外发达国家体育产业风险投资的发展现状与法律制度进行了分析研究.在借鉴国外发达国家体育产业风险投资成功经验的基础上,探讨了我国体育产业风险投资法律制度建设,为我国政府有关部门在建立和完善体育产业风险投资的相关法律提供理论参考.

Study on Law System and Developed Present of Sports Industry Venture Capital Investment in the Advanced Countries

The purpose of sports industry venture capital is to pursue the maximal profit or capital increment, which is best the way to optimize and expend enterprises at low costs and high benefits for sports industry. Sports industry venture capital is well developed in the advanced countries. Healthy sports industry venture capital can not only protect the benefit of sports organization, sports business and venture investor but also promote 0the development of sports industry. By using the method of documentary, investigation interview and systematic analysis, this paper studied and analyzed law system and developed present of sports industry venture capital investment in the advanced countries. Use the experience of other countries for references, discuss law system construct of sports industry venture capital in China.In order to our government departments provide theory reference law system of build and perfect sports industry venture investment market and promote healthily development sports industry in China.
