老旧住宅区的物业管理过渡探讨

摘    要:建设部明确规定新建住宅小区必须实施物业管理,而占总规模40-50%的老旧住宅区因种种原因,目前物业管理覆盖率尚不很理想,这严重影响着广大人民生活质量的提高,也不符合社会主义物业管理行业的根本性质.只有实事求是,针对老旧住宅区的现状和特点,从立法、市场、宣传等方面入手,才能真正引入并不断提高老旧住宅区的物业管理水平.

Abstract:The Ministry of Construction specifies that newly-built residential quarters should have realty management.However,the old residential quarters covering 40-50% total have poor realty management,which restricts improvement of people's living conditions and betrays the essence of socialist realty management industry.To come down to earth,only legislation,markets and propaganda are combined according to present situations and characters of old residential quarters to perfect their realty management.
