| 摘 要： | 随着我国房地产行业进入新的历史发展阶段,房地产人才培养模式也发生了变化。北京师范大学珠海分校不动产学院房地产专业采取多元化方式,立足于应用型、复合型人才培养的定位,强化人才培养实践特色,从人才培养制度、课程体系、教学方法、师资建设、实践基地等维度对房地产人才培养模式进行综合改革与探索,取得了显著的成绩。

| Abstract: | As China’s real estate industry enters a new stage of historical development,its talent training mode has also changed.The real estate major of Zhuhai Branch of Beijing Normal University has adopted an application-oriented and inter-disciplinary talent training mode.This mode,which strengthens practical features of talent cultivation,has carried out a comprehensive reform from perspectives of talent cultivation system,curriculum system,teaching methods,construction of teaching staff,practice base,and etc.,and has achieved fruitful results. |
