摘    要:学校本科生导师的工作评估一直深受多方面重视,建立健全一套完善、可行、科学的导师工作考核评价体系,是提高导师工作积极性和主动性的具体手段,是导师制度的必要组成部分。文章从学校人才培养目标、教学培养模式和导师职责出发,选择合理的人力资源理论方法,按照绩效评估理论制定考核体系,对导师的工作过程和结果进行评估和考核。

Abstract:The work evaluation of undergraduate tutors has been paid much attention to in many aspects.The establishment and improvement of a complete,feasible and scientific tutor work evaluation system is a specific means to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of tutors and an essential part of the tutor system.In this paper,we starting from the goal of talent cultivation and the responsibilities of tutors,selecting the method of human resource theories,and an assessment system is developed according to the performance assessment theory to evaluate the work process and results of tutors.
