考场“Choking”:一个亟待解决的心理学问题

Examination "Choking":A Psychology Problem to be Solved

Many top students are usually out of gear in important examination because of great stress,which is defined as the phenomenon of examination "Choking".This essay discusses the definition and mental mechanism of examination.Choking in inductive and deductive ways,and suggests some corresponding measures in theory.It shows that students who have active coping styles,strong self-consciousness,high trait anxiety,high expectation of achievement,low ego orientation,low self-efficacy,and external control of psychology are prone to Choking under pressure from examinations.
