跨理论模式在篮球选项教学中的应用

摘    要:利用行为改变的跨理论模式,结合篮球教学的目的,设计出相关的调查问卷,以了解学生教学前的篮球活动情况,指出对处于无意图期和意图期的学生主要采用意识提升、情感唤起、环境再评价、自我再评价和社会解放的认知性的干预策略;对处于准备期、行动期和维持期的学生主要采用自我解放、增强管理、情景替代、刺激控制和援助关系的行为性改变策略,再通过篮球教学后篮球运动行为改变情况的调查,检验其干预策略的有效性,以更好地促进篮球运动习惯的形成。
