| 摘 要： | 高校课外体育俱乐部的发展,极大地推动了高校群众性体育活动的开展,丰富了大学生业余文化生活,促进了校园精神文明建设。通过分析高校体育俱乐部组织吸引力构成要素,衡量俱乐部组织吸引力发展水平,进而对高校体育俱乐部管理提出相应的对策,旨在为高校体育俱乐部进一步发展提供理论指导。
