| 摘 要： | 文章针对我国高校学生体育伤害事故处理难的现状,对学生体育伤害事故的概念进行界定,对高校体育伤害事故的类型进行梳理,并对学生伤害事故的归责进行剖析,明确学校、教师、学生及学生家长在各类事故中的责任,旨在为预防和处理高校体育运动伤害事故提出应对策略,建议运用法律中侵权与违约行为的处理原则作为处理高校体育运动伤害事故的切入点,采取法律手段处理伤害事故。

| Abstract: | Sport injuries in universities and colleges can not be completely avoided, and to some extent this is a controversial issue. In this paper, the definition and classification of university and college sport injuries are explored, and schools', teachers', students' and their parents' responsibility for the injuries are analyzed.
