| 摘 要： | CUBA中国大学生篮球联赛已经历了"十三年十一届"的发展,在发展过程中,CUBA高校篮球队在选材育才途径上有一定的特殊性。文章运用文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法对CUBA高校篮球队的选材育才途径进行分析,以期从选育才角度为CUBA高校篮球队发展提出建议。

| Abstract: | College basketball teams for China University Basketball Association(CUBA) have dereloped a unique way in their talent selection and training over the last 13 years of CUBA's development.The paper analyses the unique approach to talent selection and training with the meothods of literature,survey and sxpert interview.In light of the unique approach,suggestions are also proposed for the further development of college basketball teams for CUBA. |
